Affairs In Order Thailand sells a digital guide, delivered as a download. This page explains what happens if you want your money back.
When you can get a refund
If the guide is not what we described, does not work, or is not fit for the purpose we sold it for, you are entitled to a remedy, and that includes a refund. Email us and tell us what is wrong.
Why the file cannot be returned
The product is a file. Once it has been downloaded there is no way to return it, in the way a physical item can be returned. That is a practical limitation, not a restriction on your rights, and it does not reduce them.
Your rights are not affected by anything on this page
Affairs In Order Thailand is an Australian sole trader. Under the Australian Consumer Law, consumers have automatic guarantees that cannot be excluded, restricted or modified by any contract or policy. Among them, that a product matches its description, and that it is fit for the purpose it was sold for.
Nothing in this policy, or anywhere else on this site, limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any other consumer protection law that applies to you. If anything written here appears to conflict with those rights, your rights prevail.
If you are buying from outside Australia, your own country's consumer protection law may also give you rights. This policy does not displace them either.
What is not a fault
- The guide is general information about Thai law and procedure. It is not legal advice, and it does not apply the law to your circumstances. That is stated before you buy.
- It does not, and cannot, give anyone legal rights that Thai law withholds.
- It is a complement to a professionally drafted Thai will, not a substitute for one.
None of that prevents you asking for a refund if you consider the product does not match its description.

Email greg@inorderthailand.com with your order number and what the problem is. Refunds are made to the original payment method.
